UNISON are aware of the many issues that are arising from the operational redesign but need to collate some evidence.   • End of Shift Overtime.

 

  • Lack of, or Late, Meal Breaks.

 

  • RRV’s - Extended Waiting Times for Transportation.

 

  • Interrupted Meal Breaks.

 

  • Double ECA Crews.

 

We also want to make members aware that UNISON have not agreed to any changes to the current Standby Policy or Standby Points. Please inform us if you are asked to standby outside of the current policy.
