MEAL BREAK
WINDOW CHANGE

Yorkshire Ambulance NHS Trust has issued an operational update stating that the A&E meal break window on 10 hour shift has changed from between the 4th & 6th hour to the 3rd and 5th hour from Friday 23rd May 2014. This change has not been agreed and UNISON is insistent that Trust abide to the current agreed windows and do not attempt to impose the changes.
UNISON has a meeting arranged with the Trust on Friday to discuss all the issues arising from the Operational Redesign changes, UNISON feels it would be difficult to have any meaningful discussions with the Trust unless this enforced change is rescinded immediately.
