UNISON A&E members have given the branch committee a clear and resounding mandate that they are willing to take industrial action due to the Trust not adhering to recently agreed policies and procedures   

 

Employer: Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust

Region: Yorkshire and Humberside

Trade Dispute: with Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust over not adhering to the agreed 5 year workforce plan or to agreements made within the operational redesign, including all matters arising out of and in consequence of the dispute.

Total number voting “Yes”:                          736 (90%)                          

Total number voting “No”:                             82 (10%)             

Total number spoiled:                                    41

Total number voting “No”:                           153 (18%)

The total number of ballot papers issued was: 1327 the overall turnout was: 64.7%
