UNISON BALLOT FOR END OF SHIFT PROPOSAL

Due to the excessive end of shift overtime which is currently accrued by A&E Operations road staff, staff side have entered discussions with the

Trust to find ways to reduce this.

Following negotiations, the proposal is now to be put to members to accept or reject.

The survey opens 17 September at midday, closing at midday on 8th October 2021.
