UNISON, Unite and GMB the recognised trade unions within Yorkshire Ambulance Trust would like to issue the following guidance for members in regards to the current A&E rota discussions.

As previously stated we request members do not submit any rotas using the current ORH rota keys being distributed by the Trust.

The keys have not been agreed with staff-side and would potentially result in mass staff movement, reduction in unsocial hours and cuts in cover.

We are currently in discussions with the Trust to agree station and CBU cover in order to minimise the above and it is anticipated agreed levels of cover can be released by the end of next week.
